Mudras
A eurorack sequencer that translates hand movements into melodies.
complete for sale $199
Mudras is a eurorack sequencer that reads the distance of your hand and turns it into pitch. It records what it plays, and plays it back.
How it works
- An external trigger on D5 advances the sequencer.
- The interrupt service routine only sets a flag. Step advance, record, and playback logic run in the main loop.
- Hold the D4 button to record. Release it to play back the stored sequence. Entering record mode from playback resets recording to step 0.
- The distance sensor is read continuously. In scale modes, hand distance maps to a note index. In linear mode, it maps directly across the full 12-bit DAC range.
